Aluminum Titanium Boron (AlTi5B1)
Purpose: :
AlTi5B1 is suitable for grain refinement of aluminum and aluminum alloy. It is also suitable for direct water cooling (DC) of aluminum and aluminum alloy. It is added into the melt during semi-continuous casting and fixed die casting to produce good grain refinement.
Product advantages:
1. Fine equiaxed crystal structure is formed in the casting.
2. Improve the casting degree of DC and continuous casting.
3. Improve the surface quality of ingot, especially reduce the cold insulation of ingot.
4. Avoid casting cracks.
5. Reduce segregation of alloying elements and impurity elements.
6. Improve the mechanical properties of casting
Packing:
1000kg / pallet, strapped with steel, shrink wrapped with plastic film.
